From the very beginning of the nineteen-seventies, general partners of our Chancellery have been engaged in counseling for international trade exchanges and large enterprises, such as Steel Works in Stalowa Wola, Bumar. Budimex, Rolimpex, Universal or Polimex- Cekop. Since the establishment of UNI_EXPERT, we have provided services to well known domestic and international production companies, service and insurance companies with their seats in Poland or investing in Poland. Through four years, we had been the official legal counsel with the Agency for Building and Exploitation of Highways and through many years – the advisor for PHIZ. Our indemnity presentations on losses suffered by several large Polish companies as a result of the „Gulf War” were officially recognized by the UN Compensations Commission as “model” in the international scale.

In various periods of our organized presence on the market of legal services, we participated in creating investment funds and the open retirement funds in Poland and also several large investment projects in other sectors of the economy. We have authored analytical-implementation reports on adjusting Polish law to European Union law in the spheres of banking law, foreign exchange regulations and securities law, and also customs law and the law on free movement of goods, power energy law, telecommunications law, law of the skies, and also competition law in banking and transport. We serviced implementation of several programs financed from European Union structural funds. We offer legal assistance for enterprises in the Polish and European competition laws and also appear in trade arbitration in Poland and abroad, as well as, in accusatorial procedure at the European Court of Human Rights.
